Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Coach Eyes (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website, mobile applications, AI video-analysis features, and related services.

1. Information we may collect
Account information
This may include name, email address, account identifier, authentication information, and subscription status.
Videos and images
You may record or choose videos of yourself. On iOS, pose is extracted on-device. The video never leaves the device. The file is not uploaded, not stored on our servers, and not seen by anyone at AI Coach Eyes.
AI analysis data
We may generate and store information derived from on-device pose, such as pose-derived measurements, technique observations, running metrics, repetition information, AI-generated plan text, and analysis results (scorecards).
Technical information
We may collect device type, operating system, application version, IP address, crash information, diagnostic information, and usage information.
2. How we use information
We may use information to provide AI-powered analysis, operate accounts, generate technique and training feedback, manage subscriptions, maintain and secure the Service, diagnose problems, understand how the Service is used, improve AI Coach Eyes, communicate important service information, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Video processing
Videos are processed on the device using computer-vision (Apple Vision on iPhone). We do not guarantee that automated analysis is always accurate. We do not use video analysis to identify a person unless a feature explicitly requires that and appropriate notice is given.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information based on performance of our agreement with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing of information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate AI Coach Eyes, including cloud hosting, authentication, artificial intelligence for plan text, analytics, application infrastructure, payment and subscription services, and error monitoring. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Payments
Payments made through Apple are processed by the App Store. We may receive subscription or purchase status but generally do not receive complete payment-card details. The payment provider’s privacy policy also applies.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You may delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account).
8. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
9. International data transfers
AI Coach Eyes and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate measures to protect personal information transferred internationally.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, and request information about how your data is processed. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.
11. Account and data deletion
On Profile, tap Delete account. That removes you from Clerk and deletes your analyses and plans. App Store subscriptions are cancelled in iPhone Settings and are not cancelled by account deletion.
12. Children’s privacy
AI Coach Eyes is not intended for children below the minimum age permitted to independently use the Service under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable legal requirements.
13. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website and application may use cookies, SDKs, local storage, or similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and application functionality.
14. Third-party services
- Clerk — authentication (email/password, Sign in with Apple, Google)
- Apple In-App Purchase via RevenueCat — monthly subscription on iOS
- Neon (Postgres) — account, scorecards, and training plans (metrics only, not video)
- OpenAI (gpt-4.1-mini) — 4-week plan text from score numbers, not from video
- Inngest — background jobs (plan generation, reminders)
- Expo Push Notifications — optional daily workout reminders
- Sentry — crash reporting
- ImageKit — static coaching images only (not in the video path)
Video stays on the device. Pose is extracted on-device with Apple Vision. Servers never receive the video file. Their processing of information is governed by their respective privacy policies where they act independently from AI Coach Eyes.
15. HYROX® disclaimer
AI Coach Eyes is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with HYROX®, HYROX World GmbH, or any of their affiliates.
16. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as AI Coach Eyes develops or as legal requirements change. The current version displays its latest revision date.
